  3. Stock Availability: Availability of iPhone 16 series models may vary. Pre- ordering does not guarantee immediate availability.


  4. Confirmation Notification: Upon successful processing of the downpayment, customers will receive a confirmation notification for their pre-order.


  5. Contact from Point of Collection: The selected point of collection will contact customers via the provided contact information when the stock arrives. Customers will be informed about the availability of their pre-ordered iPhone 16 series model.


  6. Collection Deadline: Customers will have a specified time frame to collect their pre-ordered device from the point of collection. Failure to collect within the stipulated period may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the downpayment.


  7. Balance Payment: Customers are required to pay the remaining balance of the purchase price at the time of collection.


  8. Change or Cancellation: Customers can request changes to their pre-order or cancellation before the stock arrives. However, changes and cancellations may be subject to specific terms and conditions, including potential fees.
